Originally from Indonesia, Wendy Taneko moved to Sydney to study Commercial Cookery with Quality Training & Hospitality College.
The Sydney Tower Eye located in the city centre, is the cities tallest building and features uninterrupted revolving views of the city. Given it's such a popular tourist destination there is never a dull moment in the landmark. So, it's no surprise Wendy has gained a huge amount of experience from his Industry Placement in the Sydney Tower's Buffet Restaurant.
Cooking everything from sushi to pasta for customers from all around the world, Wendy has loved the skills he has gained working under Head Chef Ian. A fantastic experience that we are very grateful the team at The Sydney Tower Buffet has provided QTHC students.
